  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 1 kg of apples
  • 1 kg of sweet pepper
  • 2,5 kg a tomato
  • 3-5 pieces of bitter pepper
All through a meat grinder, carrots on a grater. To extinguish 1 hour.

To add:

  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 300 gramme of garlic (in the end)
  • 1 glass of oil sunflower
To roll up

It is very-very tasty!
