Marinaded quince

Marinade:

* 1 litre of water
* 300-400 gramme of sugar
* 12 pieces of a carnation
* 0,5 teaspoons koritsy
* 0,5 glasses of vinegar (table)

To boil 5-6 minutes


Marinade cooks in that water where the quince cooked.

Quince to cook in the enameled ware that did not darken. To cook 3-5 minutes. (A quince rezannaja segments, without stones).

The welded quince to spread out in banks, to fill in with marinade and to sterilise 10-12 minutes.
